Yahoo offers a free website for businesses

Yahoo Business Web Hosting – FREE for one year
Until December 31, Yahoo is helping businesses sign in with a free website, domain, and email package with the code PAYITFORWARD. You also have access to a full website builder – so what are you waiting for? See the offer

It may be worth remembering that Yahoo, now part of the sprawling Verizon conglomerate, offers web hosting services for small businesses based in the United States.

The company is currently running an offer (ending December 31) that includes a free website, free domain name, and five business email accounts for an entire year, to help businesses navigate the pandemic.

You also have access to a website builder with over 150 templates, 1TB total capacity inboxes, private domain registration, business plan builder, and more.

You will need to create a Business Maker account and use the code PAYITFORWARD at checkout. After the first year, expect to pay just under $ 800, which includes one-time legal package fees and additional state filing fees.

One cool feature of Yahoo’s Business Maker package is that it includes hardware and software for in-person customer payments, which may or may not be relevant depending on your industry.

To complete the package, a local business directory feature acts as a local SEO tool to help businesses improve their profile within their community. Alternatives exist at a much lower price, but with a very minimal feature set.
